We offer standard turnaround times of 24-48 hours for most transcription services set up in advance. Expect five to ten day turnarounds for complex scripts, captioning and translation services.

We can handle last minute request (and do all the time), but also prefer to work with you from the beginning of your project to ensure that your transcription needs are not only met, but that you save money.

Here some helpful suggestions when preparing your project:

·Make sure your audio source is clear and tangible. There are additional charges for difficult audio.

·When possible digital files with Time Code are preferred. We offer various methods by which you can provide us your digital file. Upload, for multiple files less than 2GB, FTP Upload, in which we provide a Log-in and can provide you with a digital encoder at no cost.

·We have a variety of Transcription Styles that we offer depending on your needs. If are also happy to suggest possible styles if you are new or not familiar with transcription services.

·We offer upfront and accurate quotes for you, so there are no unsuspecting surprises. We work with your media prior to starting to ensure that your deliverable match’s your quote and notify you of any difference prior to starting.
