• Rate:     $45 per 30 min segment / For Clear Professionally recorded Audio.
• Rate:     $75 per 30 min segment / For Challenging Audio.

• Rate:     $85 per 30 min segment / For Clear Professionally recorded Audio.

• We provide this option for post-production companies with fluent spanish speakers on their staff who will be using transcripts for editing purposes. Note: Transcription is not verbatim and therefore some quality may suffer as we will be transcribing direct to English from your Spanish Audio.  

• We require a deposit of $1,000 for all Foreign Language transcripts with over 10 hours of video. Remaining balance will be billed upon delivery of transcripts. 
• Media must be uploaded through our website or under 300 kbps per file.
• Turnaround times may vary 5 to 14 business days depending on when your material arrives due to February special rates.
• Discounts are not applicable for digitizing, editing or some challenging audio.

• Rates are based on time length of audio/video provided. Billed based on 30 minute segments.
• Transcripts are sent in Microsoft Word Document and sent via email. Additional formats also available.
• Turnaround times are 5 to 7 business days. Turnaround times are estimates and subject to project.

• Challenging Audio: Rates based on clear professional audio. Add additional $20 per 30 minutes for audio with Background noise | Speakers talking over each other | Low-speaking voices, difficult to hear | Poor Audio Quality | Frequent Timestamps | Thick or regional accents | frequent false starts | Requiring medical or scientific terminology.
• Additional charges are incurred for challenging audio, digitizing or file compression.
• Turnaround time based on clear, compressed audio. Additional time may be necessary for large projects.
• Payment are accepted by Credit Card or Check/Money Order. A valid Credit Card must be on file.
